Let me start off saying the food itself was delicious & some service was pleasant. Kuddos to the waitress who took it upon... herself to prepare the potato?s herself & to realize I had been waiting a while for my pick up order. My issue is ? I did A callin order for 2 Beer battered fish fry?s. Was told 20 min wait. I showed up in 20 min but ordered had not been prepared, (I don?tmind waiting an extra 5-10 min) I did not receive order until 40 min after my call in. When I made mention of the time I got abit of an attitude from the employee who cashed me out (still 5 min before receiving my order) & she made comment in return notbelieving me when I said i been waiting 40 min. I told her the time I called and she brushed me off walking away saying she had4 other fry?s too. Mind you the place was not packed & I was polite in my reference to time but not once did she or anyone elseapologize for the double wait time or that it wasn?t prepared yet. *Apologies & recognizing peoples time is important goes along way. To top it off when I got home there was no coleslaw in either meal and 1 was Panko , the other battered. (Wrong orderbut delicious anyway) Needless to say no matter how good the food was, the extended wait time with no apology or concern for mytime, the messed up order & the attitude from the bar tender that cashed me out is why I may not return & the poor experiencewill be passed along. Remember, it?s not just a job. You?re providing a service, without happy customers, you lose money.kindness goes a long way. Be mindful to your customers as some of us customers are mindful of the staff. We had dinner here a few weeks ago and it was so enjoyable. Leanna was our server and she was so sweet and attentive. She... definitely made for a quality experience with the little touches she brought to our time there. The food was delicious, and thebeer flight was really great! I have been going to Noonan's since they opened. Now with the new menu and owner, the food is ruined. Use to be a place that you... could never get a bad meal and was always worth the price. Now it seems as they are slimming back with horrible food. They needto go back to the original menu or at least the quality of food! This place was in business for so long because of the food itwas not just a bar. That is not the case anymore. I will not go back ever again. I use to go at least 2 times a week. I wish theold Noonan's still existed. What a same! Don't worry it has gotten even worse. Food is now uneditable. Read more

Several weeks ago I met up with a couple of my friends to have dinner. Two of us had never been there, but it will be our first... and last time. It took 45 minutes to get one of our appetizers and then we were told they ran out of our other one 30 minutesinto waiting. On top of that our appetizer was only half done, they did not make it correctly, leaving a really bare lookingplate. We each order a drink, and the waiter came back and told us they were out of basic liquor to make drinks. When our mainmeals arrived they were cold, or not made correctly. It was a disaster and to top it off when my friend received her drink ithad lip stick marks on the top around the rim! Disgusting!! We had a great waiter who tried to fix the constant issues, but themanager could have cared less. She never came over and apologized or tried to make it right. I have always heard and drive by this place but never stopped in. So one evening my fiancé and I said let?s try it. I heard it... was good, and I wasn?t disappointed at all. Service was on point, and are waitress was super busy but was still very attentiveto our table and everything else she was doing. Food was amazing, tasted like a 5 star restaurant but definitely a familysports/restaurant casual business touch. For any occasion. Great service, decent food. Came in right before dinner was over. Ordered some Potato Skins and Chili(Skins were good, Chili was... kind of luke warm). My wife got the Shepherd's Pie, and I got the Turkey Reuben. My wife enjoyed hers, mine was ok. The turkeywas dry and a little hard, but the overall sandwich would've been good. I think our timing was just poor, we didn't realize theyswitched to the bar food menu after 8. Definitely would go back..very friendly atmosphere. Read more

We arrived around noon on a Monday and we?re seated immediately. There was plenty of bar space open, too. Our server Meaghan was... super friendly and attentive. Food menu was large, as was their drink menu. Food came out quickly. Everyone at the tableenjoyed their food. Sweet potato fries were huge and delicious. Also, really reasonable prices! Read more

Great food, very friendly staff and excellent service! Outdoor seating on the deck, or indoor seating with a pub style... atmosphere. Great beer selection and a few menu items that you wont find anywhere else. A must visit if you're in the area! Read more
