Requested a refund after I got two bagel twist that were hard, Krupa said they don't do refunds, I switched for something I dint... want. Really poor service, I needed to use the bathroom and she told me it wasn't working. They have no sign that the bathroom is... damaged. The bathroom is something essential for customers. If I could I would give them zero stars! Read more
