I could not believe the customer service. All three workers were silent and not welcoming. Had to repeat my order three times... and wait 5 minutes to get my change. There was 3 other people waiting for their drinks. My drink was out on the counter withoutanyone saying my name or even the type of drink it was. ?I said thank you?, but again was met with silence. Worker was impolite we were in-line 15 minutes before they close and dismissed us like we were not worth the time. They should... obviously change their hours so that they?re closing at 8:45 not 9 o?clock. Read more

This is my all time favorite Starbucks!! Chrystal, Thomas, Diana, Owen,and Muriel are always super friendly and know my drink... perfectly!! Im so grateful to see them when I make my weekly stop by Target!! You should let them get tips!! They deserve themTARGET!!! Read more

I love this Starbucks they are awesome and the lady made a new coffee for me. I literally came from the Starbucks at wood... village and I feel I just paid for a cup of whip cream instead of coffee. I was upset ???? but the lady in the Starbucks insidetarget made it right???? thank you for that and making my day. Terrible experience today at 11:15 am on 7/8/2017 inside this Target Starbucks. I was second in line and was just getting a... pastry from the case. Customer in front of me decided to have a lengthy conversation about several different sandwiches anddrinks he wanted. The Starbucks employee on duty proceeded to go in the back and hunt for sandwiches that she couldn't locate,while I waited. She finally found them, and then started making his drinks. While she was standing there, I asked her if shecould just grab me something out of the case real quick. She replied, that she had to make all the drinks first for the othercustomer. I waited tell she got the drinks going, and then asked her again If I could get my pastry. She replied that she hadto make the whole order first. Meanwhile, this is all happening while another Starbucks employee walks by and doesn't bother tohelp either. After I respond by saying that it was rude to make me wait this long for a simple pastry, she then proceeded totake her time with her current order, almost as though she was enjoying the fact that I was annoyed. In the end, I ended upcursing at her unfortunately, (my bad), and walking out. I will never go there again. Unfortunately, it seems the employeesthat work at this Target Starbucks do not act as professional and courteous as the Starbucks employees from your regular storefronts. I feel that a simple solution could have been reached to avoid this encounter. Simply going the extra mile and takingan extra 30 seconds by multi tasking both orders would have been more efficient rather then causing this outcome. Read more
