It's a Saturday night in a small town with 1 pizza place. Walked in and was greeted kindly, my pizza was top notch, fresh and... delicious. Everyone was slammed but all had a good attitude. I've always enjoy Domino's pizza it's great that there's one close to home to order pizza from and the staff are friendly.... Always good deals here especially when you order online. Read more

Ridiculous business practices. Allows you to order online only to get a call saying they will only deliver no pick up allowed! ... Are they not in the building making the pizzas?? Ok, I'll meet you at gas station that is right next door and still open, nope! Can't do that not safe. Won't deliver to my hotel that was exactly 4 miles and all highway. What happened to Curbside pick upthen?? Drive by, he looks to just be hanging out in there, my guess even if I lived here and was next door he would have founda reason not to make it. Don't stay open until 1 am if you're not going to make an order! And by the way it was only 11. Owners should be looking into this if they are slow at night this practice is causing you to lose money. Read more

The staff/customer service is less than subpar. 1) we were not made aware the store closes at 830 until we went to pick our... order up at 850. The app notified us that our order was going in the oven at 824. Why would you even bother making the order ifyou close in 6 minutes? 2) there was plenty of staff standing around when we got there pick up our order. We asked if we couldplease just pick our order up and they said ok??.We were given the wrong order. Definitely not on par with other Dominos in thearea. Read more

Customer Service provided by regional manager is horrible. They don't give out receipts and when you do ask for one (even though... there is no sign anywhere), you have to specify that you'd like a receipt that shows what you purchased. They tried toovercharge me. Luckily I caught it before too much time went by. I got my money back but it a negative experience dealing with amanager who clearly had zero people skills. Read more

Im not gonna blast to hard because the owner is very nice. Waited 30 minutes to pick up which is fine another 25 in the lobby so... almost an hour it was busy. I was called up and both pizza's were wrong even after I called back to make sure they got thetoppings right. I ended up leaving with no pizza and ate left overs. He needs some better help The lady cashing out was veryfrazzled and in the weeds. I kinda feel bad for the owner. When the food is right it's good. I'll still try again. A call backwould have been appreciated. Read more
