Please close down. Asked for a donut I've ordered many times. They said they didn't have it. It was on the shelf. Asked for... cream for coffee and they said they didn't have any. Seriously. Donut had no filling and was stale. Threw it away. Horrible 3 times in a row. Done with this place Read more
The order was correct. Employee helped with drink order, letting me know what decaf, no sugar options were available.

It was my first time even having Dunkin Donuts, I prefer Starbucks for coffees & Krispy Kreme for Donuts. But my friend took me... here & she ordered our drinks from a secret menu. Read more
The staff did everything right, Dunkin just isn't very good in general. It's good in a pinch if you need caffeine if nearby. Not... nearly as good as a Cuban or Iced Latte at Sweet T's in White Bluff but that's not the staff's fault. Read more
Service-wise, had a wonderful experience! Quick to order, quick to receive. I got a frozen chai latte, unfortunately the drink... was VERY lacking, very little flavor. I even went back to ask for more shots of flavor, and they graciously complied, but eventhe extra flavor did very little for it... Won't be getting that again. Read more
The morning staff is usually pretty good but the night time staff is an absolute hot mess. I have no idea who the older lady... that works at night is, but she has the customer service skills of a wet blanket and should NOT be working alone. She cannotmake a coffee correct to save her life. Read more
Who ever the young black lady is needs to be fired. There is no excuse for her to act the way she did this morning telling... customers she had unsweetened if the want it sweet they can add sugar. She was arguing with other customers and being rude.Fairview is a small town and we don't appreciate that. Read more
