I come here a lot, Almost weekly. The food is great, the people are great, but the service is subpar. Multiple times that I come... here they keep forgetting the sauce I asked for which they ask me if I wanted on my order. This time I ask if they could putFrisco bread on my super star sandwich and they got me a lettuce wrapped sandwich. If it wasn't for the mistakes happening allthe time I wouldn't have rated this specific Hardee's so low. Read more
My husband and I came to get some tenders in the drive thru and we?re told that due to being ?cleaned out? after the Titans game... that ended almost three hours prior they could not serve any food at all. What a joke! Definitely calling corporate. Read more
Better than the Hardee's in Dickson and according to my husband it's better than any of the Carl's Jr.s in El Paso! No pictures... because I usually go there when I'm starving and consume everything in one go. Food not as hot as I would like it to be bothtimes I've been but eh it's fast food! Read more
Where do I start this place is amazing there needs to be a sixth star for places above and beyond like this but it's not just... the place it's the people jason and kayden are awesome they both need raises the customer service and quality off food theseguys put out puts logans and ocharleys to shame I wish the dickson and Columbia locations were this good I will drive across 2counties any day for food at this location because it's worth more than what you will pay thank you for your service,quality,andprofessionalism you got a customer for life Read more
Usually great. Past couple of times, however, ordering their chicken sandwich, the chicken suffered from 'woody breast' syndrome... which is where the meat is overly fibrous resulting in an almost crunchy, overly tough texture within. Look it up, not harmful,just not palatable at all. I don't know if they changed poultry vendors or what, but it was a long wait both times for thatdisappointment. Fries, flame-broiled burgers and friendly staff still beat any other fast food offerings though so kudos tothat and it's good to see a Hardee's thriving in Fairview once again. Read more
Hardee's is Carl's Jr. In California, where I lived until recently. The chicken club sandwich in CA is so much better, the... chicken here was tough and the bacon undercooked. Everything else seemed fine. Read more
