I don't usually do Google reviews but after the 6th time (not exaggerating) getting home to find I'm missing items or the order... is completely wrong, it's past due. I always give the benefit of doubt but at this point I can honestly say this is the worstMcDonald's I've been to as far as order accuracy. Sometimes its at least warm. If you ask for no pickle they just leave fingerprints in your food from where they push it off the... item that has the pickle. Unfortunately we order it that way because the person consuming the item, with no pickles, is allergicto what's used in pickling process. Not to make your job "harder". So its thrown away and inedible. Read more
It seems like the friendly and courteous staff has been replaced by grumpy I dislike my job woman. The couple of times I went to... get a coffee and breakfast tortilla she was cold and had a most grumpiest expression on her face. I found out later that she isthe general manager of the Fairview McDonald's! I used to not mind the slow service because they had such friendly andcourteous employees. Now I know why those workers left. Horrible service! The only time it is friendly is when there is aRobert who has a friendly and professional voice. And a couple of others who smile and say sorry if order is slow. Other thanthat Yikes I am not going there ever again. I feel sorry for the staff that have to work with a grumpy manager. Read more
Wow, where to begin. This is easily the worst experience I've had at any restaurant. First of all, the lady who gave me our... food was extremely rude. I told her she forgot one of my cups and she rolled her eyes before begrudgingly getting meanother. The food itself was utterly awful. The fries were cold. The burger had sauce applied very unevenly with lettucespilling out the sides. The tomatoes were virtually non-existent. But, to cap it all off, they somehow forgot the CHICKEN onthe McChicken.
