Went there specifically because I had a valid BOGO coupon. Showed it to the worker BEFORE they made my sandwiches. They... acknowledged them and made a total of four sandwiches for me and my family (the BOGO was only for one obviously). Got you theregister, have them my coupon and she said ?Oh, I have to call my manager.? She went to the back and came back on the phone withmy manager, she soon hung up and said that they wouldn?t honor my coupon. This obviously ticked me off because I showed herbefore hand and this was the only reason why I came in. So I simply said ?Well since you can?t honor it then I don?t want any ofthe food.? So I left, went down the road to another subway where I had no problems. So this manager decided it was betterbusiness decision to throw away four sandwiches, lose the $25 in sales, slow the line, anger a customer and get a bad reviewinstead of honoring a valid coupon. Dishonorable Fairview Subway inside Walmart!. They refused to honor my credit I was told I could have toward a new sandwich to... replace the wrong one they gave me. I had a receipt and was assured I could come in and just give them my name. Today theyrefused to honor their word. Read more
Just don't waste your time. I WORKED THERE FOR CHRSAKE. It's dirty, half the employees didn't wash their freaking hands and... dropped food and bread and still used it. Owners never update the seriously old and broken equipment. Just don't even waste yourmoney there. Read more
