I stopped there for lunch. I ordered a tuna salad on a half sub with spinach and tomato. Horrible. It cost me nearly $6.00 for a... sandwich that had hardly anything in it. They really skimped on the filling. Plus, the tuna salad had a metallic taste to it.. Read more

I have been to this location several times and the last two times have been terrible and will be going to the White Bluff... location going forward. Owners/employees are rude and barely speak to their customers. The bread was hard as a rock, lettucewas brown and slimy and they act like you're inconveniencing them if you ask if each sandwich can have it's own bag. They wantto cram 2 sandwiches in the bag, no room for chips and the handle always rips by time you get home. Such a shame, it's so closeto home... Read more

Bread was extremely undercooked. It was soft and doughy.

The Lady was nice and patient. I let my children order and any parent know kidd learning how to speak to strangers is almost... like pulling teeth in the beginning..than add glass as a sound barrier. She didn't get mad even with a line of two behindus... But the reason why subway didn't get all five star was the older caveman male who acted as if he has to cut down the treeto make the napkins himself... Kids equal mess! I spent $30 I feel I can get a few extra napkins. He put three extra napkins inthe bag for a whopping total of five napkins... Anyone who has lettuce on their sandwich and drive while eating knows that atwo minimum napkin experience as a grown person let alone children... I say take a note from Oprah when it come to customerwith children. You get napkins, she get napkins, he get napkins, everyone gets napkins!!! Don't let napkins effect your bottomline! Read more

I am not a subway regular but this particular one was a drive-thru which I had never seen before. The drive-thru had a touch pad... ordering pod. Very cool! You can easily see all that they offer and touch on whatever you like! The quick response at the windowwith my food surprised me. But the order was correct! I tried the veggie patty and then I load it with cheese and basically anentire salad! Also had the sandwich toasted which is how I always prefer my subs! Great! Read more

Thought I?d give the ?newest? subway in town a try. Reason for 2 stars: Positive for 1 of the stars: they saw me when I got... there and acknowledged me. Positive for the 2nd star: she did verify my name to ensure it was the correct order. Zero stars forquality and value for money. I won?t be back. I?ll go to a different subway in town. Honestly the worst subway sandwich I?veever, EVER had. It was doughy and tasted more like a warm cheese sandwich. I ordered through the app (online) and opened it whenI got home. I thought surely it wasn?t just the meat and cheese it looked like, and well?.it pretty much was as you can tell bythe pictures. Plus, it looks like it was put on a grill press AFTER being made and put in the bag. It was sticking to the bagand the cheese was a bit burnt to it inside. Not to mention the grill marks on the bag that give it away. So, not sure if that?seven safe unless the bags are heat safe and don?t possibly add any chemicals to your food when heated. Plus that?s not toasted, that?s a panini. Usually toasted happens after meat and cheese and then they add the toppings. Everything was warm the veggieswere warm and mushy not a lot of flavor at all.
