Meh. It was fine. The lanes seemed bumpy, which was still fine for casual bowling, but it was too expensive for the experience.... The ROI of $113 for four people to bowl one game with some apps and no alcohol was very low. The food was all just unfrozen barfood which was fine too, but for such an ultra-premium price, we all definitely expected better. Great place. Food was above standard fare and the bowling was good. Definitely see this as more of a date, grownup venue. If... you want to bowel while dealing with loud children or more focus on arcade... This is not your spot. If you want to enjoy yourtime, have good food, and bowl with your friends, this is a place for you. Read more
The place itself is nice, fun atmosphere, but the service was awful and the prices are high. We were told someone would take our... order and we sat for 6 rounds (not games) of 5 people bowling before our order was taken. We finished our game and still had yetto get our order. Clearly understaffed on a Saturday night. The lanes glitched and knocked down extra pins and it's hot inside.We miss splitsville and will not return. Read more
Came here randomly after searching for bowling alleys in the Plano area. The manager was very helpful and really accommodated... us. It has a chill atmosphere and is perfect for date night or family events! Definitely would recommend! Read more
I walked in with my wife, dropped $40 on drinks, and $40-$80 on bowling and the arcade. What happened for the next 1-2 hours of... my life was nothing short of disappointing. We got moved 3 times because lanes weren't working. Delays on top of delays. Staffseemed unconcerned and didn't have any urgency. I then tried $40 on the arcade. The first game did not work. I tried 3 times. Itsimply took credit and didn't work. We got our money back but we will never get our time back. The only thing good was the food.Still feels like it's a bunch of "shrug customer service". As in eh, oh well sorry your night was ruined. I don't think I'llever come back. Read more
We tried out Bowlero for the first time tonight. We have been looking forward to what replaced Splitsville. The inside is really... nice, and I love what they've done with the place. Obviously, they just recently opened and are still making adjustments to maketheir place the best. I can tell that the General Manager, Jason really cares about guest experiences and wants to make everyexperience memorable. Since I work in the customer service industry myself, this is something I truly appreciate. We have neverhad a customer concern be handled the way that Jason handled it. We did have a few issues tonight with the food being slow, andthe lanes being a issue as far as being messed up. But, Jason apologized and assured us that he is working to make thingsbetter. He was very friendly and because of him, I know I will be back. If you come here, make sure and check the website fortheir special nights. They have discounted stuff at certain times and days.
