First, I've hardly ever seen eyes more glazed over than those of the employees at this location. The honey badgers working here... seriously don't care. When I got there, the display warmer was full of regular and cinnamon nuggets in large cups. I ordered asmall cinnamon nuggets and the girl at the register looked confused, then at the warmer, then said, "I don't have any smalls,just large." Maybe the employees could use some common sense training like, if you have enough to fill a large cup, then youcould take some from it and use that amount to fill a small cup. Of course the pretzels are good. They always have been. Now it's time to upgrade the staff and clean the place. Starting with... that nasty looking Coke machine. We was there today. Everyone in my family was so happy that I suggested a snack from here. Iordered a pretzel dog and was told there was none. Ok, so we got several pretzel bits and drinks. There was no ice in the sodamachine so we asked for ice. Somewhere in the back the staff got us ice. The Dr. Pepper was out and then Fanta Orange . So I gotSprite. They told me there was no more than just Speite or Coke. Come on. I rather see a Wetzel Pretzels now. I miss how thisplace was. Read more
The people are so rude ! Horrible customer service! They are young with no experience. The pretzels are never fresh. They do... more talking than working. I would not recommend this place to anyone . It?s worth the drive to go to west county location. Read more
I realize that at this time it is hard to find good help but Auntie Ann?s have had problems with their staff being rude and just... useless for years. I?m sure a good Manager that would explain to his/her staff that they should alway greet a customer and maybeeven smile would help a lot. A good manager would also tell their staff that rolling your eyes when someone orders an item offthe menu is not the right response. I mean if making pretzel dogs is so hard maybe they shouldn?t be on the menu. Read more
My husband, son & I was there today (Jan 31 2021) around between 12 to 1. There was a guy trying to check out and his cards kept... getting declined, & the guy that helped us get our order together (we didn?t get his name sadly) pulled money out of his ownpocket & gave the change to the guy to keep. It was one of the kindest things we have seen & I wish we got his name because hedeserve recognition for this. There are still good people in this world. And I hope the company takes the time to figure out whoit was. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 though just because our cinnamon bite pretzels were cold and the cold hot chocolate drinkwasn?t very good which I know isn?t the workers fault but the pretzels could have been fresher.
