We had an online order which was supposed to be ready at 10:50. The store is said to open at 10:45. Along with 4 other people I... had to wait outside for close to ten minutes. All While the people working inside all saw us out there waiting. When we finallygot in we had to keep opening the door for other customers (doing their job) and then all of a sudden they are only takingonline orders. Came in a little past nine with a friend for a quick dinner before going back on the road. As we walked in we saw 3 of the... workers chatting with a couple guests near the register which was not an issue, but as I was looking at the menu my friendnudged me and pointed at the line and we saw a cockroach just walking nonchalantly next to the rice and proteins. We both justlooked and each other and just immediately shook our heads, turned, and left. As in an industry worker, I can tell you that ifit's bad enough that you have pests crawling through ready to eat food with no fear of people next to it, you can guaranteeother health and sanitation guidelines are not being followed as well. Worst Chipotle I?ve ever been to. And it?s been the worst one the 3 times I?ve been. I will not be going back to this location... again. The employees seem like they couldn?t care less if you were there or not and come off rude. The dining room always looksdirty. Went right after they opened one morning and the trash cans were full(obviously not taken out at closing the daybefore). Iced tea is never made, food is sub par compared to other locations I?ve been to. They need new management. If youare a Chipotle fan, skip this location, it sucks. Read more
