I just wanted a coffee, I saw a man ask for one and walk away with it and the worker immediately went into the back room. I?m... assuming it?s open because of what my eyes literally just witnessed and I decided to wait for the employee to come back out so Icould also order. I swear she did not come out for about 5-10mins and after waiting that long I tried getting her attention(watch your cameras) - Finally she did come out and the proceeded to tell me to go away, come back in 30mins. Very rudely mightI add. Next time maybe just at least put a sign up to let your customers know that you?re not planning on helping anyone. Thatway people aren?t wasting their time waiting for an iced coffee that?s literally already pre-made! Read more
Just came out of the mall and tried to get a six pack of bun 15.99. She tried to charge me 4.99 for each bun individually. Never... shopping there again. Read more
The best cinnamon roll ever. It's definitely a whole meal. Their coffee is pretty good also.

Went on Christmas Eve and was told that they were sold out at 1pm. Employees told me they would have more product in 2hrs. I... came back and they were still sold out and the employee told me that they didn?t even bother to make any more Cinnabon?s sincethey had run out earlier. Very disappointed with my experience. I was in line for approximately 7 min, in that time the girl in the back was placing dough on trays with gloves on, broke down a... box, same gloves, apparently had a Bluetooth in her ear, that she took out and put back in same gloves, opened a new box, samegloves. The gentleman that waited on me, took rolls out of oven with gloves and hot pan holders, took hot pan holders off, usedspatula to flatten rolls, same gloves, frosted rolls with diff spatula, same gloves, took my order, same gloves, gave mechange, same gloves, and made my order touching everything with same gloves.
