I am a health care worker go in with full uniform badge and get smallest coffe cup. They advertise free coffe or soda for... healthcare workers when I say I'm a healthcare worker they say oh that's not the right one it's the smallest cup they havemedium no small cups are available I would gladly pay for coffe but take the sign down if you are not going to honor it hucks.Yes/ I had the cashier check and there are NO small cups available. My experience when I go to the fairview Heights Hucks Convenient store is superb. There are two worker that make that store run... better than it has ever ran before. One of the employees name is Kassie Sheldon she is an exstremely helpful and courteousperson to every customer that she come in contact with and always greets everyone with a cheerful smile and makes myself feelwelcome and want to always return to that store everyday. The other employee?s name is Stephanie Kruep she also is an extremelyhelpful and courteous person to every costumer that she comes in contact with and also greets every customer with a cheerfulsmile and always makes me feel welcome and makes me want to return everyday as well. They are the two hardest working people inthat convenient store. I have not once seen the new head manger that all the other employees talk about, never in the store orat the counter or never working weekends or restocking anything I only see the the two women?s names I mentioned always workingeven when an employee calls off or can?t make it in to cover they?re shift for the day/evening and the women?s names I mentionedhave to work double shifts and then have to be back into work in less than 8 hours to cover they?re next shift they are assigned for at that time. Is that the head store manager Tim?s job to help cover the shifts every so often so that all theemployees have time to spend with they?re husbands,boyfriends,girlfriends,children,family. Loved ones. When I have been in theFairview heights store it seems they are understaffed and some are over worked and haven?t spent any or little time with thereloved ones. They do not have enough employees they are always understaffed. The lines go down two separate Isles sometimes.
It's a gas station and convenience store. Nice employees wins! And usually not packed so no wait on gas

New build but old dirty/glitchy CC machines. Coffee is in a bad place if a few people in line. Staff was nice
