So excited about my experience while placing an order for glasses I decided to celebrate. I couldn't decide on pizza or... sandwich. I chose pizza and went to Imo's. Customer service was great. I wasn't rushed to place an order. The cashier answeredall my questions and the one she couldn't answer she went to the back and got the answer. I ordered the Bar-B-Q Chicken pizzaand added black olives. Needless to say they did not disappoint. OMG the pizza was so good. Read more
Best pizza place ever I went to everybody there was real nice place was clean they made a mistake with my pizza because I wanted... not cook all the way done no problem when they gave it to me they fixed the problem and then let me have the other piece toowhere do they do that at will go back Read more
Spent the first 10 minutes standing at the counter waiting for someone to take my order while 3 or 4 employees came up to the... counter no one acknowledged us. Finally got my order taken. My niece was behind me ready to give her order. The guy walked awayso she stood there another 10 minutes until a lady came up to take hers. We were the only people in the place. Our food wasgreat but customer service was non existent. And I totally understand if you're busy but at the least you can greet someone andsay I'll be right with you. It's just common courtesy. First, Imo's is a St. Louis area institution. This is where St. Louis pizza comes from. St. Louis pizza is defined by the thin... crust and the unique cheese blend. This Imo's serves up the same delicious pizza, and their salads are great as well. We ate in,which I guess not a lot of people do. The only downside is that the property is kind of run down and needs some updates/repairs.But all in all, we had no complaints. The food was great, and the staff was super friendly. Read more
It's been a long time since I have gone here so I decided to get a large bacon cheeseburger and a brownie plus a large I sweet... tea. The girl at the register seemed bored and was very slow. I asked her if the tea was brewed and she didn't answer so I thinkshe wasn't sure. I paid cash today and she asked me if I wanted my change? Really, who does that? The brownie was dry and notvery good. The lobby tables were all dirty. I did not want to come inside to begin with because a sign on the window said forpick up only. A woman brought out my pizza and asked me if I wanted parmesan cheese. I did and she gave me napkins and thecheese. She was very nice. She might have been a manager. The pizza itself was good. 10 out of 5 stars?? While on family vacation, we came through St. Louis and on our tour, we heard about Imo?s pizza. We came to... this Imo?s location on our way home and were so pleased with the food! We ordered a box combo meal with pizza, raviolis,cinnamon bites snd ?Proval bites?!! Everything was amazing and those bites were delicious! The staff was so friendly andaccommodating! Read more
11-10-22 I ordered a . I pizza that was delivered somewhere else. When I called back they made another pizza and garlic bread... and asked for parm. The manager said he would give a discount...he didn't. The parm wasn't added but I did get plastic wrapinside my garlic bread. Read more
