I absolutely LOVE Jimmy John?s, but when moving from near their Shiloh location to Belleville almost 2 years ago, they wouldn?t... deliver to me, (under 5 miles), and still don?t. Upset. My favorite hands down. I ordered from their app yesterday around 6p.m. to pick up in store since I was nearby, and my sandwiches were prepared and bagged perfectly as I was walking in. I wouldeven prefer getting it curbside, (since no delivery) ????, but they don?t offer it. Two females working, both pleasant, storevery clean and tidy, just missing my delivery that Shiloh always offered. Quality of food is great, and consistent, so I?llreturn. Freaky Fast? Snail slow is more like it. Order 2 sandwiches to be delievered. An hour later I finally drove to the location... because no one would answer the phone to inquire about my order. We have tried to order before for delivery online and sometimesit says it isnt available probably due to being short staffed. That was not the case today. It allowed us to place the deliveryorder. An hour wait for a company that Prides themselves on Freaky Fast Delivery... Not impressive at all. Read more
The past 2 times my family has ordered from this store, we have been met with attitudes and rude service, either over the phone... or actually having to go to the store and get a refund back. Even getting the refund was a hassle for my family because theperson that we have spoken to has been rude and lied about simple things, making the service worse than it should ever have been Read more
Ordered online and after an hour long wait I had to call and cancel my order because the freaky fast portion of their slogan... must have taken the day off. The store was incredibly difficult to get a hold of over the phone to even cancel the order.Disappointing at best! Read more
I bought a Turkey lulu and requested guacamole & cucumbers to be added. I got 2 pieces of Turkey, no guacamole and very little... lettuce and cucumbers. They did at least put bacon on it. I paid a little over 10.00 for this mess. I was really disappointedwith this place. I've never had issues here before but I wont be returning because I feel like they just stole my money. They messed up my order last week...it happens...so I called and was told I'd have a credit, but I'd have to call it in. I... called, placed my replacement order and an hour later, still waiting for my food. Called 5 times, No Answer and No voicemailsetup. Terrible customer service. Read more
