Would have gave five stars but my experience wasn't the best. Someone referred me to this place. I"m always down to try to new... things. Me and my son walked in there and did not feel welcome at all considering we are African American. The young lady thatchecked us out act like she didn't want to deal with us at all. I'm like ok whatever. I place my order then when she took by tendollar bill she started looking at it like its fake then when she gave me my change to dropped it in my hand as if she didn'twant to touch me and the change almost fell out my hand, I literally had to catch it before it fell on the counter. It wasanother customer in there also and he was looking at us like we don't belong there. I see now my kind is not welcome there or myhard earn money. People of color, I don't recommend going in there, well at least for me I definitely will not be going backEVER.I would have gave a five star because the strawberry cream and red velvet was so delicious. I don?t like doing this normally, but I was ?desperate? and went into nothing bundt cakes about 7 minutes before they closed.... Melaria helped me and she was so kind. I have had absolutely awful experiences with other businesses who complain and throw fitsat having to serve customers anytime in the hour before they close. She was so cheerful and wonderfully friendly and made myexperience ten times better! I am so excited to enjoy my delicious bundt cakes. So delicious, moist, and soft -- expensive, almost $5, but worth it! The service is always friendly. Extra brownie points for... always kindly providing cake donations to the city police department where a family member works! Read more
We ordered from this store a few times. We?ve always received great costumer service & great quality in our orders. My favorite... flavors are lemon & carrot cake. We also had strawberries and cream over the Summer. Hopefully they will bring back thisflavor. Overall I would order again from them . Read more
Great flavor options. The cakes are very well made and taste great! This a chain store but still better than your average chain... restaurant. Cakes are never dry, frosting matches perfectly to the flavors. The standard icing decor looks beautiful. Theadditional decoration such as the flower, flags, and comment cards are over priced and I would not recommend buying them. The cakes are great! I buy the Bundtlets which are very reasonably priced IMO. The staff are usually friendly. They now have a... gluten-free option that is just as good as the others. (I hope they add some more as my Naturopath insists I watch my wheatintake.) They have a great rewards program -- buy 10 bundlets & get one free & also occasional offers to do a survey for a BOGO(buy one, get one free). The facility is VERY clean! Read more
