I went for the endless pasta bowls but ended up with much more. Our waitress was very informative and helpful with all our... questions. Not only was she quick, she was also friendly. Well worth going whether your solo, with company or with family. Thecommercials are right, when you're there you're family and I definitely felt that. We wanted to celebrate my son voting for the first time today and he picked Olive Garden. We walked in and went to the host... stand. I greeted the host and female server. They did not greet me. Host asked how many. Female server glared at me and walkedoff. As we were walking to our seats I whispered to my husband that I hoped we get a nice server because the one up front seemslike she's not in a good mood. The host heard me and said I've seated you in Chris's section, and he's very nice. I thanked himand he left. We sat there for 20 minutes and nobody came to take our drink order but two other families were seated after us andtheir drink orders were taken almost immediately. My husband tried to wave the host down as he was walking by but he ignored us,so we left. I told the host goodbye as we walked past the host stand and again he didn't acknowledge us. Thought we'd give yourrestaurant a second chance as we had an unpleasant experience previously some months back, but after today, you can bet we won'tcome back. I'm very disappointed, but it certainly seems like bad or no service is the standard for your restaurant. We went toFazolis instead. I was staying at a nearby hotel and just wanted a dessert to take back to my hotel. It was about 20-minutes before closing time... so I walked up to the bar to place the To-Go order as no one was up front to greet me. The bartender proceeded to countdown herentire drawer while I was sitting there waiting to place my order. I get it, it was close to closing but other servers and themanager even came into the bar area and nobody else bothered to see if they could take my order. Once the drawer countdown wascomplete, she finally placed my order for a tiramisu ($10.50 by the way) and handed me my receipts with no pen to sign beforedisappearing into the kitchen. I then had to listen to the manager and a server discuss how many guests they upsold that nightto the tune of over $950 in extras added to that server's orders. I thought that this was in pretty poor taste considering apaying guest was sitting right there, able to hear the whole conversation. Once my tiramisu came to the bar I wasn't given anydisposable silverware and was told by the bartender that I would have to ask for it at the To-Go station by the door. I then hadto go interrupt another conversation between the three staff members chit-chatting at this counter so I could get a fork to takeback to the hotel. Needless to say, the staff here was less than welcoming and they have a poor understanding of what it meansto be professional in front of the paying guests. On top of that, I couldn't believe that this tiny slice of tiramisu cost$10.50. Definitely not worth that! Read more

Had a great time on Mother's Day. Good food and a great staff. Our server was truly amazing and very accommodating! Two thumbs... up for him. The wait for a table was about 30-40 minutes. We were able to sit at the bar to wait. Have food allergy. Was veryimpressed that my dish was brought out separately. Overall, my mom enjoyed herself. Read more

I placed an order for 3 soups and only received two (I was not charged for 3 but I know I placed my order for 3). The gnocchi... soup was good but had like five pieces of gnocchi in it. It was just expensive to be gnocchiless. Otherwise good! Edit:2/23/22 Olive Garden reached out to me and gave me a $25 gift card for my troubles. I am happy to work with such good customerservice. I am trying them again tomorrow and have high hopes for a 5 star review! Edit: 2/24/23 I am so happy to report thatmy visit was wonderful. I was concerned about winter weather so I called and asked if I could change my pickup time. They agreedwithout hesitation. I ended up making it by the time of my original pickup order. Long story short I got the order warm and hot.The soup was thick and full (plenty of gnocchi) and everything was delicious. The customer service and food at olive garden isequally wonderful! Today after church a friend and I went and enjoyed our meal. I had Chicken Scampi and she had Chicken Marsala and Olive Garden... did not disappoint. Our server Madison was so polite and very efficient . The drink Mango Strawberry was so delicious . Read more
