Extremely unprofessional. They called me to tell me they didn?t have the food I ordered. When I answered the first phone call... from them not realizing the phone was still connected, I could hear them talking extremely unprofessional in the background.After calling them back I did not receive my order and they would not refund my money. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I have attempted to dine here several times in the past month. Most recently was last night.... Online ordering was not available. When ordering at the drive thru only 3 entree menu options were available. They were also outof white rice. The orange chicken I received was very little chicken and mostly breading. They are card only and the interiorhas been closed for 2 years. A week ago I attempted to eat here and their ?ordering? system was down I was told to order onlineand pick up in the drive thru. Online ordering was also down. We chose to dine elsewhere. I will skip this location when I wantPanda Express from now on. Read more

Food was almost empty everything. Asked for fresh 10-20 min wait not much to choose from. Sad really! Food did not look... appetizing all dry and old. Do not recommend. Read more

The food is decent but this place suffers from a severe case of mismanagement. I'm not talking about the 1st line managers they... are running ragged running a two man crew during rush but rather the high level managers, franchise owners, or regional managerswho are not making sure this store is staffed. I've heard the excuse that they can't enough employees but other competitors arenot having near the same issues. They can't even keep enough people on staff to open the lobby. I watched them service maybe10-15 cars in drive thru while the lobby is closed in one hour! I don't even know how this place is making money at this point. If you have to charge more for the food to get people on staff then by all means do so because at this rate this store is goingto go under with the current management plan. Read more

This location has all types of rules to buying their food. They never have everything that's suppose to be on the menu. They... very rarely are open to in store dining. Today they didn't have 90$ of the menu. After waiting in line for 30min they had signsup saying they were out of mostly everything at 1145 on the drive thru menu board. This location just needs to shut down untilthey can get it together. Also they ration out the portions of food I just don't get how this place is operating Read more

Well when I'm paying almost $11 for a Large entree they should fill it to the top. Also, they were out of steamed rice and the... food tasted like it was sitting for awhile and green beans were shriveled up. Not sure what happened to this Panda Express itused to be fresh food and good service. Now you wait in line that's never ending, they refuse to open the inside, and most ofthe time it's understaffed. Ordered an hour ago via the app. There's a doordash guy, us and 4 other customers waiting for orange chicken. Who ever is... running this place needs a new job.
