I always come to Panera and this is my first time running into a new driver thru worker. I think she said her name was Mya? But... she was very sweet and efficient. Definitely will be coming back here, her attitude was very nice compared to prior experiences Read more

Tried to get help on my delivery and Amy (manager) answered the phone. I was asking simple questions because I was confused but... she was rude on the phone saying there?s nothing she could do since the deliveries are through door dash. When I tried to tellher the correct address she got rude and loud to talk over me. I don?t recommend this establishment. I eventually figured out myorder myself. Read more

I have had better food there but this time my bread was a little too hard. Person at register did not even look at me or ask any... questions about what I was ordering. Didn't even ask for my rewards number. Read more

My relative went to this location during breakfast on 9/3/22. She went through the drive thru, and the worker forgot to give her... back her debit card. My relative realized that she did not have her card about 5 minutes later and called the store. The phonerang for quite a while, when a worker named Amy answered, my relative needed a second to finish something. Amy hung up on herwith no explanation. My relative went back to the store, and went through the drive thru. She asked at the speaker box to speakto a manager. A woman, who said she was the manager came to the food window. She did not state her name. She told my relativethat she was a Karen, and that the employee was not at fault for hanging up. She also stated that it was my relative's mistakefor leaving her debit card. My relative did not want any thing for free just want to inform the manager that she had a badexperience on the phone and wanted her card and an apology. She told the manager that, but this person called her a Karen again, and when she did, the employees behind her all laughed. My relative was treated with unbelievable disrespect. I would neverrecommend eating at this establishment. Please, go to another. Read more

I had a rapid pickup order and ate during my drive to my meeting. The sandwich was ok, but the overpriced food cup was moldy and... two days past their own throw out date. Read more

Guess I should have read the reviews before just assuming that this Panera was similar to others. The service is extremely slow... and no one seems to care. They also got my order wrong. Said not enough people working but then don?t give that pickup time. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean though and food average in taste to others, nothing spectacular Read more

The cashier would not stop folding boxes the entire time we tried to order- very rude. Over charged us by 'adding' rather than... sub as it should be. The entire time we were at the counter there was a manager, a shorter woman with brown hair, who would notstop yelling! She was very dramatic and rude as we observed the way she talked to /treated staff. Blah. Not a welcoming orpleasant experience at all. Also, avoid the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl. Yuck. Most expensive item on the menu and mostdisappointing. Jack/box has a more tastier option for half the price. Read more
