It is so slow. I understand short staffing but 35 minutes to get 3 cars through the drive thru. My food was not correct so I had... to go back. There were 3 others with incorrect orders. The chicken was funky tasting & left a nasty after taste, the slaw had afunny taste & the potatoes were cold. The biscuits are not edible they are rocks. The pieces are so tiny. The thighs are thesize of a half dollar, the wings are miniature, the legs are dummies. It is ridiculous. Never again Read more

It?s 30 minutes before close and the only CHICKEN they have is breast. I asked can you drop my order?. And they tell me no... because we are about to close. If you?re lazy then just say that. It doesn?t take 30 minutes to get my order. This isn?t the1st, 2nd or 3rd time this has occurred. I will be patronizing Shiloh?s location until they mess up and I?m done with them alltogether. This location has gone way downhill. I put in a mobile order for a five piece and waited for 45 minutes just to be told they... were out of spicy chicken. The staff are completely clueless and couldn?t cancel or refund the money. This has absolutely beenthe WORST Popeyes experience that I?ve had and I would recommend spending your money somewhere else. Terrible service in drive thru. Waited 20 min. Only 1 car ahead if me. Finally got order checked it before u pulled off... theydidnt put the other sandwich in the bag. Had to scream 3 times hello for someone to come back to the window. Now a differentperson tells me to pull forward eIted another 5 min. This is my 3rdbad experience at this location. I placed a mobile order and the lobby was closed so I had to wait in the long drive thru line. Once it was my turned at the... window I was told I had to come inside to get my order. The employees were nice but they should have something on their door orapp staing to pick up order inside instead of lobby is closed. Once I got my order and went home to eat it I noticed it was notcooked properly. The inside was so pink and if I didn't live too far would have taken it back. I wish I would have called to letthem know so no one would get sick. Read more

The food here is always the best out of any Popeyes I?ve ever tried BUT the service is some of the slowest on the planet. Also... the drive thru is very poorly designed and backs up into the street.
