When I was in the USAF and stationed in Illinois I came across Sheridan's frozen custard. I absolutely fell in love with it. It... is hands down the best frozen custard on the planet. Sadly we moved away and there is no Sheridan's near us. I am so happy to beback in the area for a few days and able to have my favorite frozen custard again. I had the Razzle Dazzle but with chocolateinstead of vanilla. My husband loves their vanilla with pecans and caramel. My daughter got vanilla with caramel and pretzels. Yum. My current favorite is the Caramel Pretzel Crunch Concrete. Whatever I order is always good and staff is friendly and... helpful. UPDATE - August 2022, finally decided to try something new, the Mocha Wowieccino. While it's not my new favorite, itwas pretty darn tasty and nice for times you want a "lighter" treat. Read more

I hadn't been to Sheridan's in at least 4 to 6 years. It was a chilly day but we enjoyed our ice cream! Best banana split... anywhere around for sure! Phew! I love it here. I had almost forgotten how good that banana split was. I had hot caramel addedto it. Yum! Read more
