TGIF has always been a convenient place for our date night’s. Love the margaritas and drink selections...the Whisky Blaze Ribs... are a total chef kiss, but lately they’ve been skimpy on the full rack of ribs. Worst service I've ever had from a restaurant. Ordered food online checked in at the appropriate time and then waited for over... 20 minutes past the time the food was supposed to be ready. Then I called and was told my food will be right out. When theemployee came outside she told me that the tablet they use to see when people check in is broken. And that I should have calledto let them know I was there. So I say it's fine whatever. So then I go home sit down to enjoy my meal just to find out theygave me the wrong order. Not just messed up my order. But completely the wrong order somebody else's order. So then I call themback and say I was just there for pickup and you gave me the wrong order. The hostess kind of jokes and says yeah we have a ladywho just walked in saying she got the wrong order too. My order was brought out by itself not with somebody else's. So thattells me not only did they not double check my order they also did not double check their order. Now I'm not one who oftencomplains but they didn't offer so much as a discount or a free dessert or anything. I hadn’t ate at this chain in several years but was pleasantly surprised. Wasn’t overly spotless in restaurants so didn’t... have high hopes but the service was excellent!!
