This is the worse place to eat for customer service. Long story short...I placed my order for 12 of the 1921 Sliders. I stood... next to the counter waiting for my food for 30+ minutes waiting for my order. My friend and I were the only 2 customers insidethe restaurant to eat inside. When I finally got my order there was no apology because no one had done my order. This storeneeds to have someone from corporate come and retrain these employees about Customer Service. There are no White Castles where we live in Colorado. We usually buy the frozen ones at the grocery store. I think the frozen... ones are just as good as the restaurant's but my wife insists the restaurant's is better. We both enjoyed the burgers. Read more
