Went to BibiBop in Fairview Park/ Westgate mall about 2 weeks ago with my mom. We got there about 20 minutes before closing... time. The young girl at the check out put our food in a bag. I told her we didn't need a bag that we were going to dine in. She copped an attitude with me. Then mom went to get her water at the fountain and someone started mopping and splashing dirtymopping water on my moms feet. I stopped in tonight to get food for take out. The elderly man in front of me told the gal thathis rice was sitting on the counter for quite awhile and it's now cold. The worker said, 'is not cold'. Customer said, 'myrice is cold and I don't want cold rice'. This went on back and forth. She then put a scoop of warm rice on top of his coldrice. He said to her, you just put warm rice on top of cold rice. Worker said to him, 'your rice was not cold'. The food isgreat. The customer service is beyond ridiculous! 1st Takeout: My daughter couldn't eat because Mason forgot her bowl. Free stuff next time isn't going to feed my daughter... bro. 2nd Takeout: I bought 3 cookies for 3$ each and none of them were included in my delivery. Called to talk to the store andgot some corporate answering service. I want my cookies or my momey, not to sign up for your reward program. I didn't geteither. Read more
Food was good but the customer service was awful!!! I don't know how they have jobs there. Barely spoke to us. Mumbled... everything they said. Gave the smallest portion for food. Everything seemed as if I was asking the world of them to just put atopping on my dish.... I've been here before and the service wasn't like this. Read more
Always love the food here! It's so filling and healthy. Nice clean atmosphere with friendly and helpful service! The food always... tastes fresh. I almost gave a four star review because it seems like despite the crew's best efforts (there is always a line!)the dining room could definitely use some attention. In my last few visits the booths have not been wiped down and the highchairwas pretty dirty. I am sure this is related to staffing, but a general improvement could be made. I don't think with the currentstaff (four people were working the last time I visited) they can handle the volume of customers and do light cleaning in thedining room - there would need to be another staff person or manager/owner intervention. This place is aces! We used to love the Beachwood one but as we live in Avon Lake, seldom got a chance to go there. They opened... a BIPIBOP at Crocker Park, but the service was abysmal - they only had about 1/3 the menu options, and on 4 out 4 visits theyforgot sauces, premium add ons, sides, entire bowls. They charged us for items they were out of and the service was apatheticat best. When we found out about Westgate, we were cautiously optimistic- but one visit was all we needed to be hooked.Everything is fresh, there's tons more options, the staff are conscientious. There's a massive difference, and the bowls are sobig they're like 3 meals. Go here. You won't regret it! Read more
Anyone that likes Chipotle should check out Bibibop, especially if you enjoy asian flavors. The ingredients are always good and... fresh and I love that it's a great tasting healthy option. I wish it was a little cheaper but you got alot of food in the bowl. Read more
I had Bibibop for the first time and I can confidently say it wasn?t my last! Upon entering, multiple employees greeted me. The... gentleman on the main line walked me though the entire process which was great. He didn?t mind that I had to go a little slowerwith so many options to choose from. The food was excellent. There were so many fresh drinks to pick from. I specifically lovedthe passion fruit lemonade. All employees were following Covid protocols. PS - Join the rewards program! Read more
I love bibibop. But this location is horrible. Had no broccoli, cold rubbery chicken and hard rice that kept getting stuck in my... teeth. Ima stick to going to Crocker park. Read more
