This is the nicest KFC I have been to in a while. Modern, clean, and well-maintained. They accept phone payment options, which... is always a plus. Like many KFC?s this one is paired with an A&W. No soda water in the fountain which is unfortunate. Seatingwas nice. Food was good. Some variety in music genre would be good?it was all auto-tuned pop-country music. Read more
Had to wait for corn dogs but they were still cold when got them. The wings were just barely warm and the root beer cups were... only about 3/4full. It was about 7:30 at night so maybe that had something to do with it. The gentleman at the window was veryfriendly though. Read more
Decided to give this shathole another try after a 6 years hiatus. 11:39 a.m. Got a simple 3 piece tender meal, subbed mashed... potato?s for the fries. Tenders were dry and stringy. Mash potatoes were chunky? The women working the drive thru (Nancy?) l wasUber sweet and very courteous. Read more
2 chicken bowls ordered. One was to be spicy. Both were Hot & spicy with chicken dried out and a greasy sauce. I got sick.... Never order that again. Unfriendly customer service when I called to complain. Read more
I don't know how much time or money you have, but I do know this place isn't worth your time or money. I thought the worst KFC... in the country was in Springfield, VA, but, nope, it's this one! They (specifically someone named Gordon) told my husband theywere out of original recipe chicken. Wut? How does a chicken place run out of chicken? Has McDonald's ever told you they wereout of burgers?? They also said they were out of biscuits, but my husband could wait 15-17 minutes for them. I don't know whythey didn't give him the option of waiting for the chicken. But he didn't want to wait for the biscuits so they substitutedthose little hard individually wrapped cookies for the biscuits, which is NOT an even exchange no matter what anyone tells you. It's like replacing organically grown, local arugula with factory-farmed iceberg lettuce. When I called to complain, a girlnamed Mariah told me I had the wrong KFC. I did not. Their phone number was on the receipt. She also said she didn't knowabout the chicken situation because she wasn't on the clock, but the original recipe "just came out." Why was she answering thephone, if she wasn't on the clock? First she said I could drive to the restaurant, AGAIN, and pay another $30 for the meal Ioriginally ordered. Well I could have done that without calling. Then Mariah's supervisor told me I could get a replacementmeal for free after a short argument in which he, too, claimed not to know how the restaurant was running (spoiler: notwell). I drove out and got my replacement meal; this fiasco, starting from when I first called the restaurant until when Iarrived home, took 30 minutes. I'm 40, this is our 5th duty station, I eat too much fast food, and this is the WORST service Ihave ever gotten. I'm never coming here again. Neither should you. Read more
After months of not eating here because the poor food quality, made the mistake of giving them another try. Chicken tenders here... are always dry and come out like chicken jerky. Today at least they were burnt so I could tell they were going to be toughbefore I bit into it. Read more
Waited 30 minutes for my food. Then when I received my food there were missing items. Got my order corrected and got home to... find out my fries had so much salt they weren?t edible. Then the chicken I ordered had a puddle of grease it was sitting in...roughly 1/3 cup of grease. They gave me a card for 2 free meals, but honestly I?d never order from here again. Terrible serviceand food so bad it had to been done purposely. Throwing my food away and never going back to this location. Be warned thisplace isn?t some where you want to eat. I ordered a 12 piece family meal at 5:35 pm on a Tuesday. It took me 5min to get home. The chicken was only warm. It was very... dry and over cooked. All the sides came in large family containers but only had three small scoops in each container. They wereout of biscuits and substituted them for cookies. I used to think KFC was one of the better restaurants in falcon! I no longerhave those thoughts. I won?t be back! I wish them luck. Read more
