Terrible Sonic. We sat at the stall for probably 5 min deciding what to order and such. When we went to place our order the lady... said they are drive-thru only. So then we had to go sit in that line. They didn?t have any signs up that they were drive-thruonly. When we got our food and drove home the popcorn ?chicken? we ordered for our kid was literally just little tiny bits ofthe breaded stuff normally on the chicken. Literally no chicken in the whole thing. $3.59 for breaded bits. I?ll never go backto this place. Read more

This location is the worst. As everyone here has said, terrible and slow service. These guys are always out of stuff, but... every other Sonic I go to has no issues. Must be the poor management here. 20 people working but their either on their phonesor sitting outside at the tables smoking as a group. Drive through takes literally 30+ minutes every time and the parking baysare always closed. Went there again today for some reason, chili looked like it was a week old. It was almost black and wasfilled with disgusting old greasy French fries. Not sure this place could even pass a health inspection. I recommend avoidingthis place at all costs. Read more

I was sitting in the drive-through line for 7ish minutes today while only having two people in front of me, before I was able to... get to the intercom at 4:01pm. I asked the employee if they would honor the "happy hour" prices, (which are available from 2 to4pm), and they said, "no"... It wouldn't have been a big deal, if I didn't have only a 30 minute lunch break at a localbusiness, (which I have little control over when I take my lunch), and if they were just a little bit quicker when taking careof the two customers in front of me. Sonic used to be my "go-to" place for a meal, and/or a drink. I'm not sure I will go thereanymore. I know I can get the Sonic app, which will give me the "happy hour prices" all the time, but I have to say the wholeexperience completely turned me off of going there again. Mic dropped. Read more

Their service sucks! Having a job means taking pride in it no matter what the job is. I understand teenagers need jobs too but... perhaps consider not putting a teenager in the management position. Having a poor leader means having poor staff. This locationhas been struggling for a couple years and honestly I?m surprised it?s still open. The food comes out cold and tastes horrible.The order never comes out correct an don?t dare order a slushy because all you get is ice. I will never be back to this sonic.I have been to a lot of sonics and this one is by far the worst location. It?s so unfortunate because it?s making all the otherfranchises look bad. Read more

This location is know for being very slow. My recent visit pushed me to write a review. To start we waited in entirety 38 mins... to get our food from getting in line (5 cars to the pick-up window) to getting our food. As I sat there for another 11 minutesafter we got to the pick-up window waiting on our food I could not help looking and watching inside. One had a large cup walkingaround drinking, two other sat on stools eating what looked like chicken tenders. One person working frantically. When wereceived our order we noticed the food on the bottom felt cold. We opened the bag to find our burgers were not warm to the touchand the cheese was not melted. On top of that we asked for ketchup only, once on the intercom and once more when the order wasrepeated back to us at the pick-up window. The burgers were regular. It looked like unmanaged chaos. I called to ask the name ofthe manager which was Shannon. I was very polite and never showed my frustration, but i hope you try to improve yourlocation. I do love Sonic, but every time I go to this location I leave frustrated and unsatisfied. Its hard to mess up anocean water or a sonic blast so I do see myself returning. Just visit and expect a long wait and possible fumbled orders. Read more

Have been there the last 3 Tuesdays with several hungry girls after softball games. Service was horrible and the two young... ladies were the rudest I have ever seen! We have given these two young ladies 3 chances to get our orders correct to no avail.Their constant eye rolling and argumentative attitude is beyond acceptable. If you don?t want to provide good customer serviceget out of the food industry as you are hurting your boss and his business. Asked for owners number and they refused to give itout! Read more
