The owner Mike fired my fiance for putting her 2 weeks in, in the middle of the holidays all because she was looking for more in... life than a pizza shop. Tasta was a go to place for my family for several years. During the pandemic their prices sky rocketed way ahead of inflation.... Currently their prices are still incredibly high. I would give them the benefit of the doubt, except Lena's is still $15-20cheaper for comparable menu items. I try to not compare, but they are over charging for wings and it's not even overt. Untiltheir prices are reflected on quality, my family will not be back. Read more
If I could leave a 0 I would. i ordered a sub to go picked up the sub it was all burnt , got home and realized that it was burnt... I called and made a complaint all they said was if you bring it back we can make a new one. With the price of gas I asked themif they would deliver they don?t deliver?. I told them never mind I will just go locally near me And buy another sub instead ofmaking another round trip down there with the price of gas. Who can make for trips to Falconer in one day? For the price of thesub. Not good customer service. And why would the cook even give somebody a burnt sub.? They act like you're lucky they let you eat there. They try to sell you water by saying you can't just have a glass of water... from the tap. Also the crust was way better a few years ago. I think they are doing the crust on the cheap now. The shape isstrange. the possibilities on the menu are way too restrictive. I can't have any salami or capicola on my pizza unless I get anextra large Italian pizza? That's crazy! Read more
So I heard good things about this pizza place, and I was eager to try something new as I am only in town for a few weeks. So I... ordered a supreme (half) large pizza and 20 wings medium plus 10 wings mild and I was actually very impressed at the pizza.Looked great, smelled great, But it kind of left a weird impression on my stomach. We ate 4 slices and then tossed thepizza. The wings however were less desirable. Almost no sauce on them, no sauce in the bottom of the container (just a smidgeof sauce and oil). So in other words they were fairly dry. And I have to say for $65 for a pizza and 30 wings that seem like alittle bit of highway robbery but I do understand that chicken wing prices are currently crazy at this time. Ordered a pizza from Tasta Pizza back in June. The first time I had it, the pizza was pretty decent. The second time - they... sent me home with this charred slab (pics). I wasn?t even sure what it was at first. I thought about calling the police to seeif they could run some dna analysis to confirm that this coal mine was actually a pizza. Because as you can see in the pics - itlooked like they put cheese and pepperoni on a slab of charcoal and charged me $21 for it. I have been a loooong time customer of Tasta Pizza going there since High school 25+ years ago but I have noticed lately the... quality of food and the friendliness of the staff are both in decline. I?ve given them many many chances to get better but theydon?t. My boneless wings were dried out and over cooked and if that?s a pound of chicken bites I?d like to weigh myself on thatscale? pizza sub was over cooked as well and the girl behind the counter covered in tattoos was less then happy I was thereordering food. To bad this use to be the place to go now it?s just a disappointment! They have never been the cheapest place toeat but it was always worth it because the food was so good. We?ve given Tasta many chances, but costumer service and bad. Never a smiling face. Everyone is always sad and frowning. Food... isnt consistent. Sometimes it?s good, other times it isn?t. Not to mention the owner firing someone for putting their two weeksin? and this isn?t the first time I?ve heard of this. What a disgrace :( Read more
