HORRIBLE customer service. Guy in front of me accidentally walked away and forgot to pay, worker called him back and he came... back and paid, then worker proceeds to call him a "jacka**" as he walked away. Then another lady comes out of the back and says," I can't believe they are making me work tomorrow after I already told them I couldn't " in which the same guy responds, "justdon't show up, what are they going to do about it". All this conversation while there is a line of customers, and on top of thatall they had were 3 loaves of white bread left. Read more
Stopped in tonight. Young lady, red hair behind the counter. Exceptional customer service. Very nice and very helpful. Washed... her hands before handling my food. Did an excellent job. She is a credit to your store. Unfortunately, folks like her in theservice industry are getting harder to find. Whatever her pay is, she deserves a raise.
