HORRIBLE customer service. Guy in front of me accidentally walked away and forgot to pay, worker called him back and he came... back and paid, then worker proceeds to call him a "jacka**" as he walked away. Then another lady comes out of the back and says," I can't believe they are making me work tomorrow after I already told them I couldn't " in which the same guy responds, "justdon't show up, what are they going to do about it". All this conversation while there is a line of customers, and on top of thatall they had were 3 loaves of white bread left. Read more
Stopped in tonight. Young lady, red hair behind the counter. Exceptional customer service. Very nice and very helpful. Washed... her hands before handling my food. Did an excellent job. She is a credit to your store. Unfortunately, folks like her in theservice industry are getting harder to find. Whatever her pay is, she deserves a raise. It has a poster telling the hours and the hours says 24 hours 7 days a week. Well I came in after I got off of work because I... thought it was the only place open near me. Well I went in there and they told me it was close. And like 3 or 4 of the employeeswas just standing around. And I?m pretty sure someone was sitting down eating. Read more
Got rid of the grilled chicken breast. Which is the only thing I liked. But they also take about 20 mins to fix a sandwich and... if you order more than one the girl behind the counter asks the Loves employees to come help. She's been there a year or more.But cool I guess. Read more
Employee was cleaning the floor. Disappeared to the back. Came back and started putting on gloves without washing their hands.... Your hands are where on the floor. You didn?t wash them. You?re literally manhandling the gloves and touching the parts thatwould touch the food. Might as well be making the food with your hands without gloves at that point. I ended up leaving and notordering anything after I saw that. I ended up getting a lunchable and came back to my truck. Read more
