We had an amazing stay as a couple kicking off a romantic weekend. This is in a beautiful 100 year old building. The host... showed us to our room which was classy and comfortable. Our dinners at the restaurant were delicious and the service wasfantastic. We will be coming back. Read more

The room that I was in had no heat. I complained to the management, which happened to be the restaurant staff downstairs from... the Inn but got nowhere. After I left a voicemail that they need to fix this problem, and my sister also confronted the manager, they didn\'t fix the problem but instead, they put a space heater in the room.\n\nWhen I originally booked the room, I hadmistakenly only booked it for 2 nights and when I realized my mistake, I called repeatedly and sent an email requesting anothernight but I never heard back about a third night. I then tentatively made other arrangements. But when I checked in, they saidthey got my message and added another night to my reservation. Would it have been that hard to reply to my email or heavenforbid take a few minutes to pick up the phone and call me to acknowledge my additional night request?\n\nThe customer serviceand follow up is just not there at this place. The restaurant staff is busy on the ground floor, there is no dedicated officefor the Inn and the Inn is treated like a red haired, step child since it doesn\'t appear that they seem to care that much aboutthe guests staying there. What a great find! We were driving to the nearby Alpaca Farm for a tour in Carnation. Drove by this restaurant and stopped for... breakfast. One of the best places I have been for breakfast. There is a fresh drop muffin made called \' ugly muffin\' on themenu. Served hot with homemade coulis (berry jelly), which was delicious Read more

I booked a reservation here for my mom who was coming to visit from out of town. I had questions about her reservation before... she arrived and tried to get in touch with someone at the inn but it was quite difficult. I messaged them through their website- no response, I called and left messages on their voicemail - no callback. I called the hotel\'s phone number several timesover the course of a week and no one answered. I did speak with someone in the restaurant who was able to answer most of myquestions, but not all of them. It was a little frustrating spending over 400$ at a local business and recieving verypoorcustomer service.\n\nThere were issues with the room once my mom checked in but she was able to resolve them after the 2ndnight of her stay. Had breakfast here the day I got married. It was enjoyed by all and we had a great time. Plenty of choices. We decided to plan a... stay there the night we saw a concert at Snoqualmie. I am glad we chose to check in at 3 before the concert as no one is thereafter 9 to check you in had we come late. The night we stayed, the power went out, due to high winds. This of course is notthere fault but I would of still though someone would of been there to answer questions, check on guests and ensure we were allokay. The business was closed, no staff, or notes. We were up half of the night because of the guest next door which wanted tohave a conversation at 3 in the morning. Thankfully there was earplugs on the nightstand. And we never found the shower. Wethought it would of been in the room, but when we looked, it has a sign in the room which says to use a shower cap and turn onexhaust fan while taking shower, but had none in the room. Bed was cozy though. Will at least enjoy the food at this place inthe future. Read more
