My friends and I went to Connell's Lake Wissota location for the Friday night fish ???? fry. Our server was fantastic (Robbie) &... the bartender also had a great attitude. The food was disappointing; the fish and baked potato were on the cool side. Apparently, they don't have any way to keep the potatoes or fish hot. We won't be going back. Read more
The staff are very friendly. I had the charbroiled ribeye. The steak was tender and juicy but seemed to have no seasoning. ... The bourbon salmon my dining partner had was quite good, not too sweet as this dish can sometimes be. We both had the veggiebeef soup and that was delicious. Overall our experience was okay. Met a friend for dinner and drinks last night...never ate there under old ownership, but will eat there as often as possible... under new ownership. The cheeseburger soup was unlike anything I've ever had before, it was a perfect start to an incrediblemeal. Read more

I have been going here forever. I have no idea what the new owners are thinking, but the place is rapidly going down hill. I get... over all prices are on the rise up, but you can't just jack prices up exceptionally high and lower food quality. Takingfavorites off of the menu, changing recipes for the worse, and jacking up prices is not going to make for a successful future.Listen to your employees, and customers.
