Family bakery at it's finest!!
I hate writing a bad review but here I am. I've ordered from this company a time or two in the past and have never had issues.... The bread comes in a box with Packing peanuts ( Or packing ) so my bread has never been damaged. This time I received a boxwith no packing. Half of the bread in the box was smashed. I originally emailed the orders email address as soon as I openedmy box. I then saw that I was missing 2 items. I sent another email maybe 10 minutes later. The next day, UPS delivered a boxthat had 1 of the two missing items in it. Still no response via email and I've yet to get my missing loaf and it's been . Iemailed them again and again, Nothing. I then called the Store phone number, Left a voice mail expressing my issues andincluded my name and phone number. Nothing. It has been almost 2 full weeks since my first email. Please, Do better. This isnot the kind of customer service I expected. Read more

Just a small retail storefront in the corner of a large bakery. Super friendly. Bolos and Massa with or without raisins,... sliced sweet bread for toast, homemade pound cake, and lemon or plain biscoitos! Read more
My favorite bakery! Every time I visit Fall River i go there for the bread. Sorry to say this time it wasn't as fresh as it... usually is. I had a long drive back to Fl. Hoping it stays fresh enough to freeze! Read more
