It really makes you not want to go back after going to dine in only to watch your roommate enjoy a nicely cooked dinner and for... you to go home and eat cereal. I asked for a steak to be cooked a certain way, I received it incorrectly made so I politelyasked it to be sent back, by the time my roommate was done eating did I get my steak back, completely burnt with the insidecompletely uncooked. Their only response was to "take it off my bill" oh so you just expect me not to eat dinner? ThankApplebee's fall river! Wasn't really impressed by the food. The staff where nice, but the overall movement of things in the restaurant felt very... slow... Took a long time to get my drink (and food) and a friend's food was made incorrectly (she's vegan and there was chickenin the bowl.) Read more
Went into Applebee's on a recent visit to the area and had the most bizarre experience. My son and I ordered lunch with a very... disheveled waitress, who proceeded to mess up the order an add that she had "airplane brain" after a recent vacation. Hahaha...whatever. When the food came out, it was delivered by someone else and it was wrong. We sent it back and the waiterapologized. Our waitress came back over to give us the bill. (She didn't ask if the food was good, or if we needed or wantedanything else.) The bill was $40.13 and I didn't have change to leave a tip, so I gave her 3 $20 bills. She took the $60 and Iwatched her go to the register and put a $20 bill in her apron. I don't mind tipping a 50 or even 100% tip for outstandingservice, but this was 10% tip service at BEST. When I called her back to the table to ask for change, she rolled her eyes andbrought me back a folded $20 bill. Needless to say, I still didn't have small bills to leave her a tip. The food was good, very tasty stake and lemon chicken, they also had special offers for boneless chicken wings and mozarella... sticks. The one guy servicing all the tables was trying his best, but was overwhelmed. There is also a bar and beer is servedhere too. Read more
This Applebee's has always been a delight for a great date night. From the great servers to the fantastic deals like the 2 for... 30 meal deals that gets you delicious appetizers, sides, and entrees for a steal. Burgers are always made right and the drinksnever fail to have a generous amount of alcohol unlike alot of places. It saddens me to see some people haven't been asfortunate but in my personal experiences this establishment has been great. If you're looking for a nice pleasant evening on abudget here you go. I love eating my ribs with a one strand of hair in it, and I love eating my steak rare when I asked for medium rare. Applebees... isn?t get the hype for me anymore. Lol I?m glad I was grouchy I figure out why. Read more
