The customer service is dead at this location. I was brought a wrong order first and was left with no solution to this issue. I... called and was told my order would be remade and it never was. Upon my second call two and a half hours later from the time Iplaced my original order I was told my order was within 10 minutes away and at the same time the store called my other phone andtold my wife they never remade my order and offered more pizza that would go to waste for compensation. I have kids and it's aschool night. I am understanding and patient but this was next level incompetence. Read more

Ordered and picked up a large cheese pizza with half pepperoni, got 30 minutes away to my home and realized I was given a pizza... with no cheese. When I called back, they couldn?t deliver a new one because they didn?t deliver to my location. Instead I wastold a refund would not be given unless I drove 30 minutes back to dominos to return the pizza that was messed up by theemployees. Each employee was rude and refused to offer any assistance to make it right. Poor customer service, and poor qualityof food. I?ll never order from this location again. Read more

Used to be the best place to get a pizza in fall river. Very disappointing experience tonight. As a former employee who holds... the company in high regard, I am well aware of the standards that Domino's holds itself to, which as a long time customer I havecome to expect not only from Domino's in general, but from this particular store as well. I am almost always satisfied by myorder. Tonight, my girlfriend ordered us (order #289) a medium pepperoni pizza, a marbled cookie brownie, a garlic cup and a2-liter of Coke. It arrived promptly and was left at our door as requested. I opened the pizza and was not happy to see that thecheese was way over-topped, barely leaving room for the pepperoni which was undertopped. The dough was flavorless and there wasa layer of congealed gel between the dough and sauce, an indicator that the dough should not have been used. Furthermore, eventhough the pizza was supposed to be pepperoni only, there were quite a few pieces of green pepper and onion mixed in. I can onlyspeculate that whomever made the pizza used the cheese from the catch tray to make my pizza, since it was within an hour ofclosing time. Frankly, I expected better. I tried calling multiple times to reach a amanager and let them know but the callwould not go through since the store had just closed. I will always be willing to give Domino's another shot, they've alwaysbeen a huge part of my life and I have always enjoyed their food. Read more
Absolute trash. The staff? Inattentive and rude. Placed a pickup order waited until tracker said it was ready for pickup, stood... there for 10 minutes not being acknowledged and walked out. Called to speak with a manager? They picked up and hung up not oncebut twice. I'd looooooooooove to see their franchise rating from Domino's cause there is no way this is anything above a 'D'rated store operating well Below the Dominos standard. I ordered online walked a d stood at the counter while I was ignored by the guy 2 feet from me. The girl tried to make him help... me but he didn't just kept a out his day. So after standing there for 5 minutes and him actually even seeing me nothin said noacknowledgement. I realized my business was not wanted so I left looking at my order on the shelf.
