Got two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches which were perfect. My coffee was good. The guy working their was nice. I'd go again.
When I went there there was a bit of a hornet infestation in the building. One was in the showcase for the donuts and there were... a few flying around the windows. That likely means there's a nest somewhere and not just that one snuck in with acustomer. When I asked about the hornets I was told "they like sweet things". Well, I've been to probably 200 different DDlocations in this country and this was my first time seeing hornets in the restaurant. This was my go to Dunkin for a long time because it?s right next to my house but ever since they got their new manager a couple... weeks ago their service has been terrible I used to only wait a couple of minutes for my coffee but today I stood at the frontof the line for 15 minutes before somebody decided to take my order I timed it. this used to be a good location butunfortunately I?ll be going to the one right around the corner on Pleasant Street for now on Read more

I do NOT frequent this Dunkin location due to prior awful experiences, bad customer service, makes horrible coffees, however I... was in the area so I stopped by, Miss Mary who I know from another dunks location is working here now and she makes my coffee sogood, plus her southern charm is unbeatable!! The girls that work at this location are rude and they do not put any effort into making any of the orders. Myself and about 4... other people have gone there because of location and drive thru but we all have had bad experiences. I used to like this Dunkin but they are charging 1.50 just for oat milk and not extra just reg oat milk substitution. All the... others are only charging 50 cents so it?s a bit ridiculous. Read more
