Usually have pretty decent experiences here and since I work late nights until 2am it usually is my only option if I am too... tired to cook. Tonight I ordered my usual Quarter Pounder with Cheese add mayo and got home and it was wrong(Re-con onions, 1.5pickles, no ketchup or mustard, only a single slice cheese, and mayo) I called explained, no big deal. Drive back to the store,they're going to fix it, I'm stoked. They told me they have a new girl training and I'm completely understanding, I work inrestaurants man I get it. I'm excited new sandwich, made correctly... Drive home... Open it up... It's hot, it looks amazing...Bite into it aaaaaaaaand DISAPPOINTMENT! it's so dry... Barely any ketchup and mustard and absolutely no mayo, which I pay extrato have on the first sandwich they messed up. I get how difficult it can be and I'm usually very patient but come on, you messedup correcting the mistake with another mistake. Now it's late, I'm tired, I'm hungry, and I'm disappointed. Read more
Great service. Those kids and adults are doing the best they can to keep us happy and keep our orders correct. I worked at... McDonald's years ago as my first job ever and they couldn't pay me 100k a year to do that job. So props to those people doing itand doing it well on top of it! Read more
This McDonald?s absolutely blew my mind this morning when I ordered door dash. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal... with a chocolate shake. GUESS WHAT I GOT!? A single bag of apple slices? door dash refunded me for it so I didn?t pay a dime. How could you guys possibly screw up that bad. Read more
Have waited in line for nearly 20 minutes without moving. At this point, it?s almost comical. There are no cars beyond the order... screen. I am watching the employees just standing around inside not doing anything. Crackheads all around. This place is sketch. Read more
Terrible experience.. made us and a couple other cars pull over with no one else in line cashier didn?t give us receipt, when... they came out with our food they were missing our kids meal, employee never came back out with it I had to walk in.. when I wentin and said what I was missing I was met by the manager with an attitude and rudeness as though I was trying to get freefood..no apology or anything just constant attitude by the acting manager.. she clearly can?t run a restaurant Read more
This McDonald's is the worst their Wi-Fi doesn't work and they have no outlets to charge your phones unheard of especially in... what looks like a newly renovated McDonald's you should be able to use wifi and charge up!!! Read more
Waited in line at "24 hours McDonald's" for 25 minutes with no employees taking orders at 325 to 350 am. Pulled up to window and... waiting there to order instead. Currently 358 am. Waited 325 to 402 am. Placed a mobile order and they said they couldn't makeFrench fries and the only thing they could serve us was fountain drinks. Not open 24 hours. Pretend to be but can't make anyfood. no French fries available with a half hour notice to make them at 4 am. Read more
I get a 10 piece nugget and some night worker tells me only one sauce for it. Thats crazy. Should be two for 10p as* holes
