The worst of the worst Mc Donald's in the whole freakinn world! We were there on Mon Sep 5th and they've got the rudest, most... retardedd manager there at this franchise. He literally screams on customers and the employees working under him are living infear. This jerkk screamed on me and my Mom and I swear he got away that day because my Mom was with me in my car. This man(whoever the fakktard was there on Mon Sep 5th at 6PM ET) must be FIRED immediately and banned from being employed anywhereelse. Holy cow became sick out of my mind after eating there. Ordered Spicy Nuggets and they were warm but oldy hard. Was super hungry... from being on the road all day so against my better judgement ate them anyways. Fries were good...also warm but hotter than thenuggets. Originally thought my reaction was side effects of over eating- 4pc nugget order (had massive stomach surgery 3yrs agoso for me that's a lot) but then everyone I was with ended up sick and ate everything from burgers to chicken sandwich. Idk wthhappened but will not be eating there. Empty AF inside and drive thru but still waited 15 mins for food while sitting inside.Dirty tables & over flowing trash inside as well. Read more
By far the worst McDonald?s we?ve been to in the city. We ordered through the app and waited almost 15 minutes for it to be... brought out. Upon arrival almost half of our order was still missing and we had to go in for the rest. Both burgers looked likethey were throw together, and contained onions even though we specifically asked for no onions. The nuggets tasted funky and notat all like they should, and our drinks were only half full when given to us. I would NOT recommend coming here unless you?redoing it for a good laugh with zero expectation. Read more
Visited McDonald's drive-thru this morning shortly after 6 am. Upon getting to the ?first? window to pay, there were two... employees at the window acting extremely unprofessional, very loudly arguing over how to process the debit card for payment Ibelieve, they spoke different languages and could not understand each other, since they could not figure it out they returnedour debit card to us and directed us to pay at the ?pick-up? window. At the pick-up window, we were told a higher price of about$6.00 because they forgot to include the price of our Orange Juice. After receiving our food we pulled away and over to theparking lot to check the order, we did not want to at the window since it?s a busy time and a line behind us. One item wasmissing. We went inside the restaurant to tell them, it was very loud inside also, employees speaking extremely loud to oneanother and being unprofessional. Apparently, the language barrier was an issue again inside the store, 2 employees spoke 1language, then the remaining two each spoke their own language, thus causing the process of explaining an item was missing andthem preparing it took a lot more time than it should?ve. We live roughly 7 minutes away and went directly home to eat. The foodall tasted stale and cold, a total shock considering this is a peak time when the food is always fresh and delicious. Also, oneitem (picture attached) was ordered with extra cheese and it had none, the slip on the sandwich wrap is included in the photoshowing the extra cheese order. Our full experience at this location not including wait time before placing our order and onlytwo cars ahead of us took about half an hour, it was 6:43 am when we left the restaurant with the missing item and the time onthe slip from missing cheese sandwich is 6:16 am. Wow! What a make over for this McDonald's! Pleasantly, surprised at the new look and atmosphere. Place your order by Kiosk, get... assigned a number plaque and sit down for eating in. They bring your order when ready. As expected for any new equipment myorder was wrong, but the staff were super quick in correcting the error. Had the fish sandwich, which was very tasty. The newSprite- tropic berry tasted great. 2 lanes for takeout! Friendly staff and clean restrooms. Variety types of seating.Handicapped accessible. Read more
