Food was awful, the waitress didn't move the dirty plates before placing the dessert. The hot dog bun was so soggy. It looked... like a wet diaper. The child's menu was placed down, but no crayons. The service was slow. The employees were sitting aroundtogether being boisterous. The place looked filthy. With so many employees on payroll for the day the place should've beenscrubbed from top to bottom ????.. I was looking forward to showing my child a place where I visited when I was younger, sad tosay it was very disappointing. I won't be coming back. What a waste of money and time. Read more
I went to the takeout window for an ice cream cone. After about three minutes of waiting for the kid to finish his conversation... and acknowledge me he made my ice cream cone. 1 tiny scoop of ice cream on a sugar cone - $5.31. Since the tiny ball of icecream didn't even fit the cone it fell out onto the counter. The employee started laughing about this. $6 later no ice cream.I've been going to this Newport Creamery for 40 years. I will never go back. Read more

The mushroom cheeseburger was done just right and the sweet potato fries were perfect! Service was efficient and friendly!
Went there tonight and first of all we waited to be seated and there were people just standing around doing nothing. Then after... we got our drinks and appetizer my boyfriend saw a mouse run under a booth near us. I wanted to just walk out but we had alreadyordered our food. My stomach turned and I couldn't even eat all my food I was so disgusted. The waitress never asked howanything was she just brought the bill at the end. So needless to say I will NEVER EVER step foot in this place ever again!!!! If there are mice in the restaurant in plain site, how many are in the back running around or in our food!!!!!! Absolutely horrible experience this morning. We ordered through postmates, then show up and we're told that we don't have an... order which was already paid for. The manager working finally found the order and started to make the order, having use waitlonger. We ordered an extra side of home fries and the manager was talking to other workers saying "I'm not giving them extrapotatoes, they didn't order any." Surprisingly we got the potatoes then got home, to find less than half an order, all barelycooked. To top things off, we also find a massive hair in the barely cooked potatoes. Read more
The waitress was nice and pleasant. The food on the other hand was subpar. My waffles grill cheese ???? sandwich with a beef... parry was burnt along with the extra well-done extra extra extra crispy Curly Fries. Casandra ordered a chicken Quesadilla. I just waited at the takeout counter to place an order for five minutes. The place was not busy. No one asked me what I wanted... and no one spoke to me at all.
