Terrible service. Ordered through the app at 12:10 said it would be done by 12:35. Got there and waited and waited and waited.... Lobby was cleaned out twice with people just walking in and my order was neglected. Finally had enough and asked where my oderwas. Finally got it at 12:50 wpth a bunch of excuses. Apparently Ashley thinks it's appropriate to drop cups on the floor and use one to fill my soda and put the rest away for the... next customer!
