Terrible service. Ordered through the app at 12:10 said it would be done by 12:35. Got there and waited and waited and waited.... Lobby was cleaned out twice with people just walking in and my order was neglected. Finally had enough and asked where my oderwas. Finally got it at 12:50 wpth a bunch of excuses. Isn't the point of online supposed to be more convenient? I could've justwalked in and gotteny order done 20 minutes quicker. Absolute joke. Read more

Apparently Ashley thinks it's appropriate to drop cups on the floor and use one to fill my soda and put the rest away for the... next customer! Maybe that's how Jared lost weight, bacterial infection! There are health codes and sanitary practices for foodestablishments Ashley! Maybe you don't mind your dishes coming from the floor but I do! use subway @ north main st fall river at least once a week. take half of foot long to work for lunch. establishment is clean,... staff friendly and sandwhiches are fresh. Typically order spicy Italian with swiss cheese, pickles, spinach, red onion, greenpeppers, black olives, jalapeños with subway vinegrette dressing. excellent quality. happy to have a well managed subway soclose to my apartment complex. best of all open until 10pm mon thru sat Read more
I ordered a foot long meatball and a foot long tuna. Very disappointed with both subs. I could tell that there weren't enough... meatballs and questioned the young lady that made my sub but she said yep theres enough and this is after watching her trying tofind the last few meatballs in the container. All you had to do was get another container cause guess what the next person inline might want a meatball sub too. I must say that 5$ for a sub is a great deal but at least give me what i payed for. When igot home and checked my subs yep i was right that young lady didn't want to be at work today. A little word of advice to theyoung lady. Take a little pride in what you do. Be careful if you order a BLT from there, I sent my son to order a meatball and blt 2 pretty simple sandwiches. When he brought... them home and I opened the BLT (which stands for BACON,LETTUCE AND TOMATO for any other moron who doesn't know) it was breadwith bacon on it. I immediately called to speak with a manager a girl answered and said there would be one there in the morning.I let her know that I just purchases a blt and got it home and the sandwich only had bacon on it. The girl in a bimbo voice said" you have to tell us if you want veggies in it" Is this girl dumb? A blt is a bacon LETTUCE tomato that's what it is! Not accepting coupons, drink machine out of order, employee put the wrong toppings on the sub and then scraped them back off... (adding them back into the bins). Hopefully the next person who orders lettuce doesn?t mind the cheese that?s melted on it..They are clearly not following ServeSafe practices here when it comes to cross contamination.. Read more
