Called in order 1/2 hr before coworker went to pick up. Coworker said exactly what sandwiches we wanted and what we wanted on it... and we all heard her say it. My sandwich didnt have tomatoes or lettuce, no mayo or sauce, plain and tasteless as paper. Icalled the store, girl was rude saying she asked about veggies and sauce which she didn't. Did not put points on my card andshe helped herself to the change and put in tip jar when it was rung up. Also had to wait after 3 more customers she waited onto get the dollar bill back! Cashiers excuse was that they were busy, even though we called it in plenty of time. Read more

I've been here a few times when I lived closer to this Subway but never returned after one time I was accused of stealing a... bottle of diet coke that I had just bought across the street at Rite Aid by one female employee. All I wanted was a sandwich butgot accused of stealing all because I had the soda in my hand! I even had to ask her if she wanted to see the receipt. Not coolthough. Don't accuse people of stealing unless u actually witness someone stealing. She could've at least apologized. That isnot a way to treat a customer. Read more
