They couldn't get my order right; wrong drink and ordered nacho fries and gave me burritos. They overcharged me, proceeded to... give me a refund on my debit card, but didn't. Nasty attitudes as if they didn't care. I was a loyal customer, but not anymore! Read more
Friendly staff, clean place and tasty food as usual. I dont dine in often, but when i do its nice to see the staff clean the... table right after the customer leaves. Keeps it looking really nice. Not a fan of walking into a restaurant to eat and seeing atable a mess with food and having to find a clean table. Only thing I'd like to see improved on is the distribution ofingredients on my taco. Sucks getting a mouthful of nacho cheese, sour cream and most recently Chipotle sauce. Tried the newspicy potato taco and first bite was literally a mouthful of what I think was Chipotle sauce and some lettuce. I opened it up tocheck ot out and there was barely any sauce left for the rest of the taco. Of course it was delicious, but still lol. Happensmore often than I'd like. Otherwise no complaints. Had me wait at the speaker for 7 minutes dead silence. I had to say ?hello? to get service. Pulled up to the turn to see no... other cars in line. Got to the window and two employees complain about taking orders. They didn?t want to do their job. I blamethe managers for not being on people like they use too. Terrible service. Read more
We ordered food from here once. The food was hot and the hours were good that they were open late. But there was one lady that... was so rude with her snide comments about my car "not paying attention" to whats on the menu.(we barely eat at Taco Bell). Andthen she had something to say when the people were ordering their food in the car behind us. Then when we were checking out ourfood bag to make sure everything we ordered was in there we asked "is the grilled cheese box in here" and there was a gentlemanthere that handed us the food but she was also there and replied "they didn't ask for that". The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Ordered 3 taco supremes and got 3 regular tacos, asked for sauce at the actual window... and still didn?t get any! Telling from the other reviews the people that work here just don?t care or listen. Read more
