Great customer service. They take allergies very seriously which I appreciate SO much. The woman at the front taking my order... was so helpful when I wanted a plant based option. The other staff members went out of their way to tell me when my order wasalmost ready and I could hear them confirming with one another what part was an allergy. Wait was not long. I like the smoothies and the food but the staff is so disorganized. It seems like they never know what they are doing. High... turnover. Lack of employees. Never come here went here earlier to pick up a ?quick? bite to eat only to realize that quick bite would take almost half and... hour to make not only that but the place was nasty i saw napkins and food scraps on the floor and i saw ants. I just left this establishment fuming! I watched as one of the younger looking employees, I believe the name on the tag was... Kiana, spat in my drink! She had given me an attitude when taking my order, I suggested she have better customer service, andwhen she thought I wasn?t looking, she spat directly into my smoothie. Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations can vary a bit in quality. The ones in Fall River and Dartmouth do not disappoint. The food... is fresh and healthy, and you get an appropriate-size portion with a tasty side. I highly recommend the kale and apple slaw. The smoothies speak for themselves in terms of absolute deliciousness.
