We visited the Wendy's on Bedford Street because the computer system at the restaurant closer to us on Mariano Bishop Blvd. was... down rendering that restaurant unable to cook food/serve customers. The Bedford Street location had a bit more teen presence(and noise) than we're used to, but the service and food were excellent. Though we occasionally visit other fast foodrestaurants- Wendy's is our usual go-to place for lunch due to the food quality and price. You can get a sandwich, fries,chicken nuggets, and a drink for $4 or $5 depending on which sandwich you order- making it possible for large families and thoseon a tight budget to get a good meal (and children to get a free toy) Read more
UPDATE, had to order more. Sold out of Boo Books 10-5-22 . This review had something to do with it.. yeah sure..lol BOO BOOKS ,... $1.00 , = 5 Small Frosties . That's a good deal. Wendy's is a popular choice for all the right reasons. Wendy's went through aperiod of time when they couldn't get enough dependable employees. Seems like they have got a good crew going now. Anytime I'veever been there, the store has been clean. The drive through can get really busy and they're doing their best to keep it moving. Read more
This store never fails to forget something whether I order it through DoorDash or go through drive thru myself. My experience... here is always terrible and the food is cold. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. This is absurd and their workersshould figure out how to make and bag and order correctly. My food was ok nice and old smh but unfortunately my kids will eat anything but drive-thru listening skill are off if your... going to ask me if I want a certain drink and I say yes then there's no need to give me something different Read more
Went there on 9/3/2022 got a kids chicken nugget meal for my daughter and there was bones one of the nuggets. I tried calling to... speak to a manager but no answer. I will definitely be filling a complaint because she could of definitely chocked. Read more
I?m really not usually one to complain, but I come to this wendys literally like 3 times a week and every single time something... is either screwed up, or the sauce is missing, or (today) I ordered something extra besides the meals that were ordered and Ididn?t get it. Considering I also work in fast food I try to be considerate, and I don?t like to sit at the window and lookthrough all of my stuff to make sure it?s correct, because I feel that?s rude and I understand you?re on a timer, but I will notlonger be taking that into consideration. Stopped in and ordered a Large Daves Double combo, with 2 double stacks, and a JBC and Medium fry for my gf. Specifically asked... for everything to be made fresh and hot because I have issues getting hot food from this location if I don't (I should knowbetter by now, I guess)....Got home, 2 blocks away, and food was ice cold, fries I got were a Small and a Medium, and my DavesDouble was missing.
