One of the things I have always enjoyed at McDonald's is consistency. Their food is always the same no mater what part of the... country you are in. Yes, I do realize that the Fallbrook location is privately owned and therefore pricing is not the same asthe corporate locations - quite a bit higher in fact. But the quality we have found at this location is definitely sub par. Weusually use the drive through as it is more convenient; however, sitting in your car you can't always see what is going on. Last night, my wife and I purchased three fish sandwiches and two fries. We were told to wait out of line as only twosandwiches were cooked. We sat in the car for almost five minutes before the third sandwich was brought to us. As we werealready given the other two sandwiches and the fries, they had plenty of time to cool off (get cold) while we waited. Yes, thefries were room temperature and soggy when we got home (less than two miles). Same for two of the three fish sandwiches. Whenwe were asked to pull out of the line to wait, I mentioned that the food would get cold while we waited, I was told we couldstart to eat it in the car or it could sit on the counter while they finished cooking the last sandwich. While we willperiodically still eat at McDonald's, it just won't be the one in Fallbrook. No way. Read more

Possibly one of the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Went in and not one person offered to take my order so used the kiosk.... As we were waiting on our food an older lady came in not knowing how to use the kiosk and made them aware she didn?t know how toso I offered help after they ignored her for 5 minutes then said just use the kiosk. Got our food and they didn?t put toys inthe kids meals and was 30 mins away before we realized so angry kids. Asked for extra pickles on my chicken sandwiches and wasgiven 1. Out of most soft drinks and ice creams also. Terrible experience and wouldn?t recommend. Read more
1. They are constantly out of UNSWEET TEA 2. they raised the prices of the large drinks to like 1.75 instead of 1.09 3. They... arent really top notch customer service. They hand me my good so fast I often forget that I'm tryin to remember to ask forcondiments and STRAWS. 4. You'd think for their job role they'd be asking me if I have everything. 5. A few times they were outof pennies. I'm sure the cashier made a quick buck. All in all this McDonald's location is losing its credibility and a 6$ mealfrom BK is starting to sound better. 6. Every time I try the Fallbrook,CA location my order is messed up!!!!! Just ordered two big breakfasts. Didn?t get hash browns,... butter or napkins. I guess you have to ask for these now too!!! This is the worst McDonalds ever, but the only one in our smalltown. Obviously no good management. Read more
Pros: Staff was so friendly. Sanitized and well cleaned tables. Social distancing measures were good. Cons: Chicken was too... chewy and didn't taste like fresh chicken. I went inside to order because drive thru was busy. They will not take your order at the counter or your payment. You have to... use the kiosk. I ordered from kiosk my lunch and an ice cream cone. I received my order and no ice cream. I told her I ammissing my ice cream cone, she said machine is broken. She walked away. I stood there for a couple of minutes and she came backand I advised her I need a refund for the ice cream. She said she did not know how to do it. So I just left. They lack incustomer service.
