Great service I ordered got some hot fries and the cashier was super friendly. And the coffee was fresh.
I'm never disappointed when I stop here in the morning on my way to work. I always order multiple things for everyone at work... and I always get everything and it's hot and fresh! People who work here are super nice and friendly. I've only had to wait acouple of times for fresh hashbrowns and I'm ok with it. It's a complete opposite to the McDonald's by my house in Temecula. Absolutely pathetic. The slowest McD on Earth. 15 minutes in drive thru. If you go in for a to go order, it's about the same... wait. Oh, but you get to listen to a cacophony of horror. They will not shut off the alarms on the machines. They just go abouttheir business ignoring the noise. There's enough people working, so it's not a labor shortage. Just laziness and stupidity. Service was good and helpful. However my order was totally messed up. Ordered 2 sweet teas. When I was on the road after... leaving. I found out the ice teas were like brown water. Called to inform them so would not happen to someone else. Noapologies nothing. They really did not seem to care. Hamburgers were wrong also. Asked for extra pickles and ketchup. Theywere dry. Nothing added. Needless to say was disappointed as this lunch was all I was going to get for my 2 hrs drive aheadof me. Just check your order before you leave the area. Read more
Not fast food at all. Only ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches and I waited over 15 minutes. Prices are way too high for what you are... getting. The same item has increased 150% in price over the past couple years. The quality has decreased. Read more
I have no complaints about this particular McDonald's. They've always gotten my order correctly. I always make a special order,... so they usually make me wait, but that's okay. I'll be back to this place. Read more
Honestly, if I could give this place zero stars, I would. There are a couple of people who work there that are really sweet and... always helpful but then there are a few like the one I dealt with tonight who seem to want everything to be an argument. Theyalmost never have unsweetened iced tea and they don't tell you this when you order so on the fly you have to figure it out atthe window. So my daughter doesn't drink soda and I wanted to order her a slushie instead of the tea that they didn't have. Itwas going to be extra and that was fine but for some reason, the woman assumed I wasn't going to pay and so gave me instantattitude and so I gave it right back. I don't understand, she dangled the bag out the window at me and made me reach for it likesome kind of monkey grabbing a ring. Why? My sweet tea and chicken sandwich were acceptable. The kiosk never works. The men's restroom is disgusting although I do... appreciate not having to ask for a code or someone to unlock the restroom for me. Paper towels have been out the last threevisits. The hand soap is on the opposite wall of the sink. The hand sanitizer has no sanitizer. Two-star rating signifying needsImprovement. Read more
