The manager and the her dedicated employees work so hard to keep the store clean, safe and so genuinely welcoming. Now nearly 2... years, I have had severe Long Haul-after getting the original strength Covid in 2019. I still unsuccessfully fight 15 hours ofsleep, tiredness, weakness in walking, unexpected acute imbalance etc. Not every Starbucks has been able to naturally retainits positive neighborhood vibe. This one is really nice due to size of lobby and number of tables. The clients too are nice andpolite people--that makes the environment on a regular basis feel good. It is so hard to staff in today's times. Thislocation's manager has nailed it. Hire additional part-time--flexible people for operations. But, they must be service-orientedand hard-working. She is doing the right thing. Winter is here. It is one of numerous mistakes other stores are making re:work teams. Keep lobby open--clients do not mind wiping down their table and seat and helping keep restroom clean--when notenough help. The lobby has to be open anyway. Other stores are making huge mistakes....including not terminating poor employeeswho aren't as committed as the rest of her crew. This manager has a staff that has earned being respected by her crew andclients. It matters! See you soon. I wish 12-15 hours Long Haul sleep result wasn't so merciless stubborn. Staff is nice, but this location is constantly out of items. Holiday advertisements everywhere but no holiday drinks available.... Every time I go I cant get the drinks im looking for. Read more

I placed my mobile order 20 minutes before my arrival to be sure that I would be able to just run in, grab it, and go. When I... arrived, however, I found a crowd of people standing in front of to-go counter. I made my way to the front of the crowd andrequested my order and was told that it would be at least another 20 minutes before it would be ready. 40 minutes for a to goorder! I told her that I was not able to wait another 20 minutes and was then told that I would have to wait in line at theregister for a refund. After waiting in line I found that the woman running the register had no idea how to do the refund! Whois running this store?!?! Read more

This location was out of a lot of the drink staples when I went which meant I wasn't able to get the drink I wanted. Otherwise... service was wonderful and the drink I did get was delicious. The lady gave pupuccinos to my pups and was super nice. Read more

I went through the drive thru as a passenger. Ordered my usual, sausage bacon breakfast sandwich on an English muffin and a... white chocolate mocha grande size. Attendant at the window was very friendly and repeated our order back to us to make sure itwas all correct. It's always a vibe at this establishment. Ty Read more

Today at 7:00am, I had to wait in the drive through got 30 minutes. I?ve patiently waited but when I got to the winder the drive... through worker had an attitude with me. I was asking for light ice and she just spoke over home and gave me my total. Rudeservice all around. Read more

Went through the drive through. I handed the young man $20. He Handed me food in a dirty bag.. it looked like wet mold. I... identified the issue with the food, he said he would transfer the food to another bag.. like what ???? its been in a dirty bag,gross. I immediately asked for my money back. He went and got who I presume to be the manager. She told me she could not/wouldnot give me my money back unless I told her what the problem was. I put my car in park.. She gave me my $20 back. Theaudacity... clean your store.. train your employees. Its not okay to give people dirty items. And be rude enough to tell acustomer you won't give them there money back. Will never go to that Starbucks again. Read more
