Does not answer phone. Called several times then went down and stood in line to ask if they accept ebt. (They dont) worker... stated they don't answer the phone because they don't do phone orders. Have not been to a Subway in years do to quality of food. Try this Subway do to visiting daughter and the food was good.
I went in to pick up an online order that should have been ready by 11:49. I showed up to pick up the order, went to the the... pick up counter, was not ready. I was not acknowledged as I stood there, I finally had to ask about the order only to be toldit was being worked on. That ended up being a lie. As 4 more customers were being assisted the order was still not beingprepared. Finally the young lady who was doing whatever in the back came to help the two young men who were struggling. Sheasked what I needed, I explained I was waiting on an online order which should have been done and again I was told they wereworking on it, which they weren?t. I explained I had been waiting almost 20 min for this order and all she kept repeating was?were short staffed, you?ll have to wait, customers in line are first?? I was very upset as an online order is a customer aswell. I then asked for her name she refused! I asked for the manager, she said she was. I explained I would be callingcorporate to complain. I then asked for a business card and she stated they didn?t have any. After pushing fur her name shefinally gave me ?Maria Gonzales? which I believe may not be true, but she was rude, inconsiderate and not cooperative at all. Even as I was leaving and I explained I would be taking this further she just kept repeating ?Bye, you can leave now?? I havenever been treated with such disrespect at this store. I know sometimes there is a wait which is fine, but it?s the utter lyingand rudeness I don?t appreciate. Good employees are hard to come by I understand but if this how customers are going to betreated, especially by a manger, maybe she needs to find another job as she is going to bring down the establishments goodreputation. Terrible service. I had to ask 4 times before I got an answer. I barely understood what she said just terrible. Out of swiss... cheese and other bread but would not give me a discount. Bye subway. Manager hid in the back. Read more
Sandwich was good. Employees friendly and helpful. Dining area was VERY cold. It's winter and it is colder inside than outside!... All 7 customers in the dining area are wearing jackets. Would have been 5 stars if not for the poor attention to customerenvironment. Read more
This is my go to place to give my 14 year old daughter a meal. Lots of good options and relatively healthy. Helpful stuff!
