I went for brunch; you must have a reservation. The food was very good. I had a salad and took a piece of cheesecake to go. ... The view was beautiful. The service was polite and attentive. This was a relaxing, slow lunch with time to converse in a calm,quiet setting with eye candy surroundings. The property is well cared for, absolutely gorgeous, from the state of the interiorto the landscaping. A real gem in the somewhat rurally located town of Fallbrook. Read more
I came with a group of girlfriends for a brunch out and it was lovely. Unfortunately, we came during the heat wave, but the... experience with the staff and food was so good that our experience wasn't ruined at all. I got the shrimp cocktail, which was abit bland in flavor if I'm being honest, but I'm Hispanic, so I was expecting a bit more flavor in general. It felt a littlemore like watered down tomato soup than a true shrimp cocktail mixture. There was plenty of shrimp and avocado, as well astomatoes, onions, and cilantro. I just wish the broth was more flavored. The bruschetta though.... That bruschetta was amazing!Surprisingly, it had a tiny kick to the flavoring and it was the best surprise ever! I could eat two plates of it instead nexttime I go, I swear! The staff was so kind and attentive, ensuring we were well hydrated and cared for. Our kids wereaccommodated as best they could, which included allowing us inside the air conditioned banquet room to ensure our month-olddidn't get overly warm, and a plate made just as our toddler requested, even though it wasn't on the menu. Service was great and the servers were helpful and recommended us to enjoy and walk the the garden. Food was tasty, delicious... and presentation was beautiful. Loved the natural sweetness of the fresh fruits they served. Will definitely go backagain! Update: Went there for my birthday and it didn't disappoint. Ordered the egg Omelette with cheese and topped with avocadoand side potatoes, beef wellington benedict. All delicious and beautifully presented. Then there's the birthday treat. Vanillaice cream topped with whipped cream and sprinkles! Update: Our servers were very friendly and checked often if drinks neededrefill. The food presentation is absolutely beautiful and the food is tasty and delicious. After being seated at our table, weare served a pretty plate of cut fresh fruits, vegetables, ranch and yogurt dips to share. Read more
